AFEPI Ireland membership payment

This is where you renew or pay your annual membership subscription.

Even if you plan to pay manually (by card or direct bank transfer/EFT), you must indicate your intention to do so here by selecting the appropriate button on the Checkout page. Then you must make sure to make the payment manually.

Your annual membership subscription is due by 31 January, at the following rates:
Full Membership fee: €100.00
Associate Membership fee: €55.00

Please make sure you have paid by that date so we don’t have to chase you. If you fail to register your payment here, you will lose access to the Members’ Area of the website.

You can pay in two ways:

  • by card (debit or credit) via the Members’ Area of the website. You can set this up as an automatic recurring payment each year. Just select the appropriate button.
  • by bank transfer/EFT to the AFEPI Ireland bank account (the Manual Renewal option in the Members’ Area of the website).

If you pay manually (by card or by direct bank transfer) you must register your intention to pay in that way on this website. You will receive an email from the website saying that your order has been received. However, that does NOT mean that you have paid. It merely acknowledges your intention to make payment. You must then make the payment — either through your bank or via the website using a card. We then manually update the website when we see that your payment has been received. You will receive a second email confirming payment at that point.

IMPORTANT: Please give YOUR full name as the Payment Reference; otherwise we can’t match payment to your membership.

If you no longer wish to be a member or associate of AFEPI Ireland, please cancel your subscription and let us know (rather than simply not pay your fee). It will save us a lot of time hassling you for late payment. If you pay by card, you will need to cancel in advance of the renewal date to prevent the payment being automatically charged to your card on 31 January.

Late payments: all payments, including bank transfers, should be made by 31 January. It is YOUR responsibility to make sure you pay your subscription by this date. However, we do allow a grace period to resolve any payment issues arising after the due date, and the final cut-off date for receipt of annual subscription payments is 28 February.

If you have not paid your subscription by 1st March:

  • you will be automatically locked out of the Members’ Area of the website
  • we will assume you no longer wish to be a member and proceed to remove your directory entry from the website;
  • remove your name from all mailing lists.
