Since 1990 I have worked in print journalism and as a freelance editor, proofreader and occasional indexer. Newspapers include The Irish Times, Irish Press Newspapers, Sunday Business Post, the RTE Guide and, most recently, Dublin Gazette Newspapers and the Phoenix Magazine. I was an assistant editor in women’s publisher Attic Press, now subsumed into Cork University Press.
I am a qualified educator and have worked at primary and secondary levels.
